   My stepdad ordered a surprise gift for my mum(she had just come out of cancer treatment and it was to cheer her up). All he ever received was an original order confirmation and nothing days after that. After looking at reviews I became concerned he wasn't provided with any tracking details etc, so I messaged them on his behalf. They were quite Kurt in their response and I didn't find them friendly or helpful at all. When I brought up my concerns about their reviews and possibility of being scammed, they seemed more bothered about finding out where that information was than actuallly helping us. They told me the item was just delayed and would be posted and I asked if they would be able to provide us with a tracking number. They assured me someone would get back to me from dispatch the next day but I had no reply. Thankfully my stepdad did receive a refund but we never got an explanation or apology as to why the item didn't materialise. I felt this was quite insensitive given I had explained the situation to them. I would not recommend and(as I said to them) they could do with improving their customer service skills/communication. it doesn't take much to be polite and helpful and if an order is cancelled, they need to inform the customer instead of leaving them waiting without explanation. Left this same review on their Facebook page and it was removed and I was blocked!

   The store has such a beautiful range of unique products and lovely christmas decorations too! All of the staff were attentive and friendly during our visit to the store! Will definitely be popping back in soon! x

   Be careful!!! Ordered 2 items on the 30th June still not arrived messaged and rang numerous times the phone was ignored and messages read but took days to answer. Was told there was a problem with delivering as the item is glass (not a clue why) I asked for a refund that was 2 weeks ago and it’s still not gone in. Been calling today no answer and I’ve sent a message no response yet stories on social media are going up constantly. This looked like a beautiful store I definitely would have got my home interiors from however the customer service is shocking!!! UPDATE…. Director promised me a refund and a hamper as an apology but never responded after the first email and received neither so I’ve had to go through my bank for a refund!!!

   I had to give this 1 star as I couldn't give zero!! I ordered something from this company on 1st March it turned up cracked cost me nearly £10.00 to return it and now I am still chasing for my money back. Do not give your money to this company.
