   Have bought beds here for the last 15 years or so. Always a good experience. This last time even more so. The bed we had delivered was much harder than the one we tried in the showroom. We went into the store to discuss and the owner/ manager came to our home to lie on the bed - after which he agreed that it was harder. The replacement is perfect. Personal and very helpful customer service throughout. Good prices. If you’re buying a bed on the Wirral/ Merseyside - I’d recommend you go here.

Martin did some solution-making for me today, realising I was in a difficult spot with needing a mattress pronto.    Excellent service from walking through the door and buying a bed and mattress, to the guys that delivered the bed and assembled it for us. Took less than two weeks for it to be delivered. No rubbish left behind, incredibly professional, will be buying from here in the future!

   There is no lift for disabled/pram friendly access inside the shop to get to the next floor only stairs. Took my little one in his pram to find a mattress. Ones to look at were upstairs with no access so we left. No point putting a ramp outside the shop if you have no kind of access inside it. *edit* we asked to look at a single mattress for a kids bed

   I had to order four single beds for a flat we own but as we live out of area, I had to do this over the phone. I took their advice on a mid range comfortable mattress and divan set which was very reasonably priced. We went with the “Silk” mattress. They arrived on time on the agreed delivery date and everything was great. The mattresses are very comfy. Would definitely recommend them.

   This is how buying a mattress/ bed should be. Fantastically knowledgeable people who make you feel valued as a customer. We went to buy a mattress, but prices were so good that we actually bought two. The second bed did need replacing, but it was not urgent, but couldn't resist. Not because of pushy selling, though, it was just a good deal.
