   Came in today after suffering a diabetic hypo and Matt helped me get myself back to normal, including offering me one of his own energy drinks, which I really appreciated. This is also to share my appreciation of the other staff too, the team is fantastic and all deserve credit for making this store a really ran shop and never a bad thing to say about the store, staff or products. I hope this reaches Matt and he gets a pat on the back, as well as the rest of the team.

   I'm sorry but Heron Foods just de facto gets 5 stars because its Heron Foods. The ONLY shops serving up Grade A bargains on New Year's Day, Easter Monday AND Christmas Morning. They don't give a damn! You are getting those cut price household options 365 days a year!

   Awful first experience. Guy on the till had no customer service skills and ignored me when I said hello. Put the shopping through so fast and didn't tell me how much it is. All I got from him was a grunt saying do you want a receipt. For some reason he was much friendlier to the guy in front. When my friend asked who his manager is and that his customer service is appalling he got funny and said no need to be rude. Funny that cause he was rude to us in the first place. Don't know how people like that get jobs and it makes me so angry. Complaint sent to head office.
