   Placed an order 4 days ahead of the anticipated requirement for materials. Delivery day comes and it’s left to me to call them for a delivery time. Then I am told the items are not out for delivery and wont be sent until the following week. All the items were chosen because they were in stock. I wont use Travis again after this experience its not good enough.

   Whilst the product I ordered was not in stock when I went to collect it, John the local manager went to immense trouble to ensure that the items were aquired and delivered at great personal effort. The extra mile was much appreciated!
