Not impressed dangerous at least took car in for front tyres and tracking Got the car back drove it on a journey along motorways got back home only to find I only had 2 of the 4 wheel bolts on one of my wheels. One of the lost bolts was a locking bolt so that means will have to buy a new set. They did not tell me when they handed the keys over that bolts where missing and also I am sure all 4 where on when I took the car in for the work. Never again will I be going back not worth risking ones life.

I was booked in for four new tyre installations and an MOT on the same day. Before dropping off my car, I specifically requested that the tyres be changed first, followed by the MOT. However, the garage did the complete opposite they carried out the MOT first, failed it, passed it the same minute, and only then installed the new tyres. I donβt understand why this was done when it was clear I was booked in for new tyres, and now my car has an unnecessary failed MOT record on its history. Truly disappointed with this experience.

Took my car in for a brake check, was told I needed discs and pads all round. Less than 300 miles later and both rear calipers seized so back for more work. Handbrake wasn't quite right after the second lot of work. MOT at another garage highlighted corroded brake pipes which had been covered in grease to hide (no idea why!) less than 300 miles later and now I'm getting a warning that I need new pads again!! Complaint was ignored. Avoid! *Update* The response from Halfords just shows their level of incompetence, if they'd actually read the review, they'd knows I've already tried to 'reach out' and had no reply.

Unable to access the part I needed for my car to pass the MOT so I had to find another garage. Wait for the part to come in and then get it and the get it fixed by another garage . Due to work and bank holidays this time scale went over the government allocated time frame so they expected me to pay again . I'm disgusted in the company policy (the staff were very nice and friendly ). So I will take my car to the local garage who fixed my car who also do MOT's and are customer focused. So a complete waste of time even going to this garage.

Really poor. Disinterested, unhelpful, rushed. Failed MOT and given no real insight into the causes of the issues. Told us a part was needed but their systems were down and repairs wouldnt be possible until after new year, but then also gave us no help for arranging any repairs. We called up the manufacturer and all booked in and parts sorted. They were stunned we didn't receive more info from halfords into the issues described. The fella just basically told us it had failed and that was that - not prepared to answer any questions or offer advice. Also initially wanted us to pay twice. Was more preoccupied with answering his mobile phone - really rude. Won't use this place again.

MOT was carried out swiftly and I have no complaint with the service, but the garage has no parking space at all and they ask you to park your car on the surrounding residential side streets which are narrow and heavily parked u.p., had to drive round the block twice to find a spot, and was not comfortable leaving the car. Was all very stressful, particularly in the snow and ice. Will not use them again because of this.

Car booked in for MOT. Spoke to Jack who was friendly and helpful ( even his recommendation for a nearby coffee shop was spot on ) Clearly busy ( Saturday ) but had me on my way promptly. Highly recommend.
