   recently shopped at Footasylum and bought four items. When I went to pay, there were two ladies at the till both were extremely slow and unprofessional. Their attitude was rude from the start, as if they had no energy or interest in helping customers. At the end of the transaction, one of them asked if I wanted a bag. I politely said no because I already had several shopping bags from other stores. Her response shocked me she said, “Why?” in a rude, mocking tone, adding that she “won’t charge me for that,” while her colleague laughed and walked away. This behaviour is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism. I hope Footasylum management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to treat customers properly. Experiences like this push people away from shopping in store.

   Called in yesterday (Saturday) the store was very busy. I was greeted by a lady who I assume was the store manager. Very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and very well presented. Lots of staff available and the young lad who served me was very professional. I left with more items than I called in for. Will definitely be back. Excellent shopping experience.

   Incompetent staff, who neither know how to do their job or string a sentence together. Went to try some clothes on today and found various items clipped together with security tags and tags through the middle so you can't try them on. So why have fittings rooms? Asked staff to sort the tags out and was left with blank looks like i had just landed from Mars with a TV on my head, the incompetence of these "people" is completely incomprehensible and left me feeling so angry I just dumped the garments on the floor and walked out. Footasylum need to look at the staff here and sack the obvious bad management who are overseeing these "people". Looking at other reviews, it all seems to stem down to incompetent management.

   Went to get trainers for my son. The choice available for juniors was very poor. Also I asked what brand they would recommend for a wide fit for my son and I was directed to the ladies section and and told it’s just the styles that are different. The assistant was no help at all. I got the impression he simply wanted us to spend sat least three times the amount we wanted to. Very unprofessional. Will not return.

   Footasylum returns policy is a scam they don't accept a bank statement to exchange your goods so if you loose your receipt ye stuck with it DONT SHOP AT FOOTASYLUM

   Refused to exchange clothes for next size up after returning to the store for a wasted journey an hour later and queuing for 20 minutes. Told me I have to come back on the 30th December?! Lots of people have had similar issues and very poor or non existent customer service. Shop floor staff more helpful and have better people skills than the store manager.

   Great staff with customers in mind. Nice chap helped me get a t-shirt I wanted down as I am too small to get it off the rails myself. Staff at counter offered me to sign up to the app and get a further discount thanks everybody xxx
