   had a very trying day today, made significantly more stressful by an interaction with an unhelpful employee at your office. I called in the early morning to explain that my car battery was flat and I would likely be late. When I came to the branch to ask for help with jumping cables, I was told 'sorry don’t have those' in a hostile manner. Later, the arrogant male employee I spoke with wanted to charge me extra for my late arrival, even though I had kept the office informed about my “ unforeseen “ situation all morning. I would like to note that the employee I originally booked with, Paul, was very understanding and professional and fast , which makes the contrast in service even more disappointing."

   Had some issues with tyre pressure, which I had to sort out straight away as I'm a driving instructor. Took my car to Paul at Kwik Fit who was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain what was causing the problem. Thanks for your help. I would recommend the service to other driving instructors.

   Genuinely, massively impressed. Attitude and approach from the technicians was absolutely incredibly good, particularly at 2pm on a Sunday when they could easily be forgiven for counting down the time until 4pm. Instead, I witnessed Andrew finishing up with the previous customers with humour and professionalism, then my puncture was dealt with promptly and professionally. Seriously impressed. It is always easy to identify people who take pride in their work, and this was one of those times. Only a puncture repair, but 10/10 service from start to finish. Thankyou

   Brought my car into here on Saturday. Paul was amazing. He advised me on the best options and kept me informed during the process of the my visit. I was absolutely impressed with the way Paul did everything in his powers to make sure I was legal and safe to be back on the road. I can't thank Paul enough. I would definitely recommend going here and seeing Paul as he made me feel happy to carry on my journey.

I brought my car in for a full set of new tyres and a wheel balance and they got the job done quickly and to a very high standard.
