“Fantastic service from start to finish. Wish we’d have gone with these guys years ago. The last mob did a very average job. I could tell immediately Ray was very experienced and thorough, taking his time to make sure everything was done properly. We had our stairs and landing done, and now I think we’ll have to go ahead and redo the bedrooms too. I’ll definitely be using Formby Flooring for all of our future jobs.”

“I come here all the time for shoe repairs and to get keys cut. I attended yesterday with 2 jobs required. A new battery for my watch and a new battery for my car key. Both done within 10 minutes. The car key was a bit tricky but was sorted out. Thanks. Total cost £15 result. I was quoted £21 from Timpsons just for the car key. Thanks again for a great service.”

“Iceland Formby If anyone thought that Iceland was just for all things cold and/or frozen you'd be wrong! - & pleasantly surprised at the wealth of varieties placed around the spacious shop. This Aladdin's cave holds all ones food needs and desires. Fruit and vegetables/ anything you could think of on the food shopping list is neatly available on isle upon Isle of generous choices. I highly recommend a visit here, so a personal experience can be suitably treasured by the customers.”

“I have bought a lot of items fro Formby Timber, this time I needed a piece of wood to fix a shelf. The guys in Formby Timber were so helpful and nice, they gave me advice on what type of wood would have the best and also suggested a great way to repair it. Went the following date as the piece was a bit too big, (totally my fault) and they cut it at no extra charge.”

“I have used this store since it opened and must say it is a very friendly store the shopping experience is great. Good variety of products different from other stores. The staff are always courteous, helpful & friendly. The Christmas tasting sessions have been great for trying new food & drink. The cafe is nice to meet friends & family for a chat and a bite to eat. Also the front coffee area is a friendly hub too. I have seen the staff confronted by very impatient rude customers , especially at this time of year, but they have dealt with them in a calm polite way. To the person who would not shop in a Waitrose again, the security staff have a hard job everywhere there are a lot of shoplifters around, the staff are just doing their job so don't mind them it isn't personal, unless you are one. I don't find any of them unpleasant. Just enjoy the shopping experience!”

“Took my mum in for a recliner chair and settee, Jenny was lovely explained everything and gave my mum time to choice which one she liked best. Made sure the chair fitted her properly and we even were given a cup of tea which was very nice and very welcomed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Myself and my son wanted matching tattoos. Olga took her time and made sure the design we wanted was correct. Olga was very patient as we could not decide on a size at first. Olga offered us drinks making sure that we were comfortable throughout the tattooing process. All equipment was kept clean throughout our session. Olga made sure that we understood the aftercare that is required and stated if we had any further questions or concerns to contact her through instagram. Throughout the whole process Olga made us feel at ease and comfortable. Both myself and my son are very impressed with the tattoos and the amount of detail there is. I would highly recommend Olga she was very professional throughout and we got the tattoo that we wanted. I am very impressed with her work and will be returning in the future.”

“The cafe is adorable. It has an outdoor seating area with only some shade to protect you from the sun or rain. So, it’s pretty much take away-oriented to me. I had a matcha latte. Oh, what a rich and fragrant cup. The matcha taste and scent was nicely prominent with a little hint of creamy vanilla from the milk. Wonderful!”
