Paid for next day delivery it didn’t arrive!! 48 hrs later still not arrived. When I first contacted them they apologized. I’ve since gone back and asked for postage refund. No response . I’ve now asked for a full refund and have been ignored . I pointed out my contract is with them not the courier company. Such a shame as I love the products on their website
