   Worst customer service ever. I bought an Authentic Adidas home jersey and paid for a ‘Gold Premier League Patch’ which was not delivered & they sent me a faulty item which has threads missing. Customer service didn’t even apologise- they just said to send it back and re order the item and they’ll refund me the express shipping. Turns out the item is sold out and Kloe C who was working in the live chat was rude, incompetent and refused to take accountability. In her words “there’s nothing we can do if the item is sold out and we don’t have to fulfil your order”. Sorry that is the worse customer service experience ever- Liverpool FC needs to invest in their staff who are dealing with the everyday people who support this club with their hard earned money.

   Buyer beware. Until they improve their customer service policies I wouldn't buy anything from the club. Criminally unhelpful customer service. Emailed for a refund 3 days before the item shipped, got an email 2 days after it shipped saying "sorry, this has already been shipped so we can't change your order". Also, for a membership order, they listed the value of the membership ($120) as the value of the goods shipped while the actual value of the goods shipped (a scarf) was probably $10.00. The resulting cost for import duties on a piece of paper was roughly one third of the cost of the entire membership. The club and their workers showed no attempt at remedying the situation or improving the outcome. Really disappointing.

   We ordered two shirts online. They both arrived damaged. One so damaged that it was impossible to wear it. We send photos to prove the damage and they told us to send it back. So we send it back and waited for our refund about 200€. We received a message about four weeks ago that they received the items and the refund will processed in 2 weeks. After a lot of e-mails and apologies e-mails back we still didn't receive the refund. On top of that they now say the case is closed, but we still didn't get the approved refund. We will never buy anything there online again. So for others do not buy there online!

   Great place if you're a Liverpool Football Club fan. The shop is so much better than the website! Big selection of apparel and LFC merchandise. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very easy to find in Williamson Square.

   We visited the Liverpool store today 15/08/2022 and I was disgusted by the service we received, firstly £270.00 was spent on 3 shirts ( 1 being for a small boy ) a pair of socks and a pair of shorts again for a young boy, extra money was spent for the badges and names, once they were printed I was handed the shirts, the socks and shorts without being given a bag which was prepaid for, after complaining a bag was given. We the proceeded to leave the shop to go and dine, after arriving at the dining place our grandson looked at one of his shirts only to be very upset because the honour badges ( that were paid for ) had NOT been put on the sleeve. I had to leave my dinner and march back across the city centre to sort this issue out and by the time I returned back to the restaurant my food was stone cold. Disgusting service from the Liverpool store, and I have been a life long LFC supporter. I expected better from what was supposed to be a professional outfit, and the store was not that busy. One more thing, the staff allowed an adult male to remove the shirt that he was wearing to have printing put on, very unhygienic and in front of small children.

   Our experience going to Liverpool was one in a million at the time of Liverpool's Parade in May, we went to see it on the 29th and we visited to Liverpool store. The staff were very busy understandably because it was probably the busiest weekend of the year with hundreds and thousands visiting Liverpool to support the Lads and Ladies who were on the buses. The store layout is very well thought out, the options are endless. There are gifts for as little as £1 and of course expensive 22/23 season kits around £105. I bought a mug and keyrings and lots of the items I viewed were actually on sale so it was a nice thing to not have to spend money having already spent money to travel city and book the hotel etc. We really enjoyed the store and recommend an hour maximum in the store. You have every single Liverpool item you could think of, even bath mats! We enjoyed our time and haven't a bad word to say.

   really poor service I purchased a top for a friends birthday and had it personalised, the top arrived damaged, who ever packed it would have seen that it was damaged before it left the shop. the online teams answer was to have a discount and keep the top knowing it was a 50th birthday gift and damaged unbelievable!!!!
