Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I usually can't bear shopping, but I felt so comfortable I could have chilled in there chatting and browsing for ages. Tom was lovely helping my daughter find exactly what she needed, nothing was too much trouble for him. Kudos on your energy and authenticity!

They send you a birthday discount and then don't let you use it with your points. So now I have a voucher that's just gonna expire because their points system makes you redeem them into "vouchers". Happy birthday indeed.

Such friendly staff, was asking about some lines that are not out yet, considering how early it was all staff were full of life and were so helpful and personal to all my needs and attentions of what I was after. And bonus points for the store always being clean and relaxed compared to other brands, can’t remember names of staff one had loads of tattoos and was super helpful, and the manager was amazing of finding out the times and dates of the products I was after.
