Popped in a few weeks ago and was shown around by Alice. She was super helpful and very knowledgable about suits. Decided to purchase a tux in the end. The nicest person I have encountered while purchasing anything. If I was to buy anything from boss again I would make sure Alice was serving.
I was in the Liverpool branch a few minutes ago and when I walked in I got greeted by the amazing staff and was also showed around the shop when I asked where an item was. Lewis and robin were amazing help and very friendly towards me. Great shop and will return in future
I usually do not post reviews but I feel like I need to write this one , as I feel that all the negative comments posted here are not fair. My husband has bought many items over the last year from this store and we have had the best experience. Each time we were offered drinks and coffee. The staff has always been very polite, happy to help and available to help out with sizes etc. To me this feels like one of the best stores in Liverpool! Special thanks to Andrew and Chad.
Walked in today to get a trousers that needed repair. Saw a pair of men blue sweatpants. One leg shorter than the other. Told the lady there. Asked her to put it away. Saw a t shirt ( white one ). Had a small hole around the neck most probably faulty from production. Told her that it was faulty as well. Left in disappointment. Waited outside five minutes and she took them back on shelves as they were. This is NOT quality service and should they think about it over considering the money we pay.
Great staff, very helpfull. Even willing to go on line and see if available for delivery to my home. Bought from their stock in the shop. Highly recommended.
Andrew (the manager) had a smile but off hand and seemingly disbelieving of everything I said, making me prove everything. Didnt have my birthday gift last year and asked could he do any goodwill but refused. The money this company makes and not even slight goodwill, I won't shop at this store in fhe future :(
Came in here for my wedding suit and initially the staff were great and I was happy with my selection. Then when I picked it up the trousers didn't fit so had to pay an extra £20 to get them altered, even after the alterations they didn't fit correctly and they refused to refund me for the failed alterations which is terrible. I then went to my local sewing shop and they have correctly altered them for £10. When I'm spending around £500+ on the entire outfit you'd think as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me the £20 for failed alterations. Just a shame as experience up until then was good.
