   Jack has been a massive help to us when sorting our children's bikes for Christmas!    First time at Halfords. They were so helpful and patient. Fixed my broken bulb at half the price I was expecting and gave me a free vehicle inspection. Now I understand why my friend referred me there (cos I told him I wanted someplace really affordable). I would recommend.

   Staff are great. However, their computer systems did not register my test ride so I had a wasted journey as the e bike had not been charged when I arrived. I have another test ride booked and hope it goes smoother and better so I can write a more positive review shortly.

   5 stars for efficiency 1 star for prices Paid £6 for a headlight and £9 for a lovely and efficient guy to take old and add new. Literally took him 10 seconds which means they charge £540 an hour for similar work simply wow. They have no concept of proportion.

   Don’t bother wasting your time. Ordered a car radio on Tuesday, said it would be in Thursday and they give me a ring to sort a time to fit. Car radio came in 6 days later ( they didn’t call me to make me aware of this, I had to chase them up which is unbelievable considering I was about to spend near £400 with them ). For them to just tell me that the earliest they can fit me in to fit the radio is another week, Tuesday 3pm. So all in, 14 days for a new radio? No thanks. If you want to be left in the dark then sure, Go with Halfords edge lane. If you care about your time and want something doing quickly, avoid at all costs. Awful!
