Excellent store for any Liverpool FC fan. Massive choice in LFC kit and fashion clothing. A little for all tastes and wallets. The official kits are expensive but there is a lot of other articles on offer as well. Well worth a visit for any fan.

Visited this store on December 10 all the way from the States. My boyfriend is a huge LFC fan so we spent over $1,500usd on a variety of merch and multiple kits we had customized with players name/number. When we got home and unpacked everything we noticed several kits were wrinkled when they pressed the patches on and are not fixable. We paid extra for each patch and it was supposed to be a memorable gift. We live so far away we are not able to go back in person to exchange it. It's such a shame and disappointment. The employees should pay better attention when customizing these shirts that people are paying a lot of money for. If you get a customized kit I recommend you triple check it right then and there before you leave the store.

I purchased two identical liverpool kits for my 5 year old grandsons. After wearing it once one of them developed a hole in the back and the seams have come away on the sleeves. I contacted them online but they said they couldn’t help and I had to contact the store In Liverpool one by phone. I did contact them by phone and explained I lived 100 miles away and told them about the faults. I asked if i could return by post for an exchange and I would pay for delivery. The man on the phone was very unhelpful and said I had to come back to the store. I explained again that I was visiting Liverpool when I purchased them but live 100 miles away. Yet again he said you need to come in store. This conversation went on 4 times. I asked to speak to a manager he said he was busy. Well I am really upset as this was my first experience in Liverpool at this shop and buying football kits. I spent £255 in one go. This obviously means nothing to them. But for me I saved hard to get them and meant everything yo me and my grandsons. Sorry but this is bad customer service

My wife and I visited the LFC store at Liverpool one today to buy me some hoodies, I’ve had some before and really liked the high quality, thick warm material and generous sizes, unfortunately today the hoodies on display could not compete with even Primark, the quality has diminished considerably, the material felt cheap and thin, and the sizes have shrunk a L now is a M or even an S, I approached a member of staff for help her name was Meghan, I explained my disappointment around the much lower quality materials used in some of the hoodies and how the sizes had shrunk, I also explained about a hoodie I had already but it was damaged, Meghan went to the store room and a short while later returned with a new item the same as my old one, high quality thick lovely material with a true to size fit, LFC your store is nice, your staff “ Meghan” are world class and your buyers should really do some homework or product testing before agreeing to buy and sell such low quality products after years of selling much higher quality products.

A large and tidy store with lots of staff who help and explain. I came in the afternoon and it was pretty empty. Thanks for a great shopping experience

The staff are really helpful and very friendly. When the size of an item wasn’t available, one of the staff rang the Anfield store, and it was available for me to collect before the match.

Went here with my son and his family. They had lots of pocket money style products for the grandchildren. The young man who served them was a credit to the store, friendly and polite, you'd have thought we were spending a huge amount of money instead of just a few pounds

Located on the upper level of the shopping center. Parking is easy as the shopping center has its own parking. The shop is made of two floors. Pretty much everything available in the stadium store is available here as well.

Staff are incredibly helpful. Didn't even have time to start looking for what I wanted when a helpful lady asked if she could help me and proceeded to find exactly what I wanted. Really good customer service.

For any LFC fan visiting the city, then a huge must to go the store has to be done! The arrange of kit and homewear they have over 2 floors is amazing. From magnets, retro tops, whisky glassed, football shorts and balls, there truly is something for every single Liverpool fan.
