   We ordered two full football kits and coaches’ kits from Macron Bromsgrove and couldn’t be happier. Rob was great to deal with – communication throughout was excellent and everything arrived as expected. The kits themselves are really good quality, with loads of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend to any club looking for reliable service and smart, professional kit.

   100% RUBBISH SERVICE!! I ordered my daughters pe kit in mid june still not arrived and school opens next week. No way of contacting them, phone line doesn't work, sent around 20 emails not even 1 reply. I personally think that they have outsourced all work to abroad! Why our school (Q3 Academy) chose them as the only supplier, is something that needs to be investigated

   I have issues with this company every year! Last year PE kit took over 8 weeks to arrive. This year I ordered the exact same size for my son (a youth medium) even checked it against the size guide and what he has recieved is more like an XXL men’s! No way of contacting company. They ignore emails and phone number does not work! For a PE kit close to £100 by the time they add tax and shipping, the service is ridiculous!!!! I have no idea why the school continues to use them

   If I could give zero stars I would. When I ordered & paid for some reason my items duplicated. Emailed them straight away to cancel one of each. Tried to phone the next day and days after, no response. No reply to numerous emails. Items took a month to arrive. Sent duplicated items back, with a letter, still no response. Passed it to someone at the football club to deal with now. Lesson learnt, either don't bother to use them or order through the club if I have to.

   very bad service, i have ordered pe kit they delivered to next door and no card left for me and i was waiting for ages finally i got it after 3 wks and it was small size and again no replying my emails not answering my calls what they think we are such a bad service

   Stay well clear in using this company! They ignore calls and emails. I think they have actually ran off with people's money! They are very unprofessional. I am not sure how they gained contracts with schools because their level of incompetence, lack of communication leads me and many other parents to believe we have been scammed! 6 weeks to wait for a PE kit with no reply is fishy! Reported this company to trading standards! Q3 academy should be ashamed to work with such cowboys!

   This is an utterly good for nothing company, I am not sure how they got contracts for schools, they put things on the website and go to the pub or sleep, l have driven to shop twice, 80 miles trips with my children chancing it, phone calls not returned, emails zilch. I would edge the schools to find other reliable sources for sports clothes. One star is too good for them, no star they deserve, they are white elephants to say the least, heartless and spiritless and listless. No return informations . I hope Q3 schools will read the reviews and act rapidly.
