   What a great store - I have not found the quality or range of clothing anywhere else. The actual shop is very welcoming, the real fires really add to the ambience, it's actually more of an experience than just going to the store! My husband rather spoiled himself, like a kid in a sweet shop.......he was helped by the very lovely Ellie who was more than happy to get/advise different sizes/styles (and then neatly fold it all back up again!!), nothing was too much trouble and Ellie was really friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend, looking forward to a revisit very soon!

   Visited today as I had a small amount of spare time. Was greeted and served by Kieran who was a real credit to this place. Very helpful, polite and knowledgable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Allcock’s and I will be certainly using them again. Well done.

   Unfriendly and unhelpful. Had a seal replaced on my airrifle it didn't fire so took it back a worker took it apart admitted the person who had fitted seal had messed up. Then I had to pay £95 for the rifle to be fixed. To fix the problem that they had caused in the first place not happy. Avoid at all costs.

   Good range, polite staff. Absolutely no after sales service when there is a problem!! Unfortunately, we will no longer be using this store due to the severe lack of customer care. I would never recommend allcocks outdoor store to anyone following our recent experiences.
