“Great store for 'convenience' disagree with the below 'vegan' and staff lacking a smile. I can't get a good vegan sandwich at any superstore let alone convenience store. As for the staff; they often have poor staffing levels and the store is manic 99 percent of the time. Give them a break.”

“Rang Morrisons Bromsgrove prior to popping over to enquire about a product. Stock availability was confirmed so I popped over to their store. I went to the customer service desk and was helped by a fantastic member of staff called Jenny...she spent 20 mins with me sorting out the suitcase size I wanted by going through a few boxes and we finally found the one I wanted. Her professionalism was exceptional, her manner & customer service skills were exemplary.
