   All the staff are very welcoming and seem happy deal with the customers. BUT..... The cashiers let huge trolley loads get packed at the end of the till area. I had a reasonable small trolley full (£85) but was kept waiting at two different tills whilst people were allowed to pack at the till. So much for the massive sign regarding this "rule" as you might as well take it down!!!! Fantastic prices and quality of goods but, come on, please enforce your company ethic.

   Went in here once. Had my shopping basically thrown at me. Miserable staff. Not even a hello. Pretty standard for Aldi. Dreadful business. Cheap prices, bad service.

   A colleague called Lyndsey provided a superb level of customer service when I had an issue , considering she was obviously under pressure working stock she didn't have a problem going out her way for me. Always smiling, lights the place up. Perfect experience.

   Following the refurbishment to try and standardise the layout stock has been much more consistent. Quick response to queues getting busy and rather friendly staff. As with most stores in this chain your more specialised ingredients for oriental cooking are not stocked. This store features disabled bays and pedal bike racks.
