   Usually a great Aldi, no complaints, but today I left feeling embarrassed and ashamed as the man at the till made me feel like I was stealing. I had a half empty bottle of water in my pocket from Costco, and the man at the till said quite smug ‘shall I scan that water in your pocket too?’ I showed him it was from another store and he didn’t even apologise. How embarrassing, especially in front of a queue of people watching. I went all red in the face out of embarrassment and just picked up my shopping and left. Not a nice way to make your loyal customers feel!

   Broken tills - staff will treat you like a criminal so always demand a receipt. I've been in a few times, sometimes the machine will break and not give you a receipt. If you ask the staff, they'll roll their eyes and try and shuffle you along without giving a receipt. Do not fall for this. There have been other times I have paid and then been stopped 'because the till says you haven't paid' where the only thing keeping me out of paying double and/or a chat with the police has been my receipt. Aldi, sort your tills out and stop treating your customers like a drag/criminals. Normal people cannot afford to be paying double on their groceries or getting a criminal record and there are other supermarkets in the area. To anyone reading this, consider going elsewhere.

   Right in the centre of Bromsgrove. Great parking. A very clean and well stocked supermarket. All the usual great priced products with some added special offers on some products. Friendly and helpful staff.

   Started shopping at Aldi a few months ago, as the other super market I used, (in the same area) was falling short of many items. I have been so please with not just the quality of products and price, but the overall look of the store. Can always get what I want, fantastic value, would recommend without a doubt.

   As usual, long queues, stuff thrown at you for sport, except today i had a lady who didn't even push the stuff to me from the till, so I've had to lean in and get the items myself. She stopped every so often as if to say get these. "If you moved yours arms a bit closer towards me you lazy cow, i wouldn't have to my head in you till to get stuff, But you get what you pay for. Terrible concept for a shopping experience. Get some self service tills as well you tramps, so at least we don't have to interact with you,
