   Unfortunately there is no option to mark my zero star experience with collection of my Amazon package. Bar code scanner did not work. The person on the counter had to ask me for the pick up code not once but seven times. I was also asked to present id which is not a requirement according to the confirmation from Amazon

   Tried to send a dhl parcel from here ( listed as a service point for dhl drop off). The woman serving said they didnt provide that service and sent us away. I rang them an hour later at the request of dhl and the man serving said they did and we should return- 30 min round trip to get there, back twice- not a great service

   Avoid at all costs we bought biscuits that were 6 months out of date. Then my dad bought a chocolate bar and it was cadbury dairy milk. And I was pure white inside.

   really really poor customer services. If you are using this place as delivery for Amazon, avoid at all cost!!! My neighbour advised me not to use them as they had bad experience, Should have taken their advice!
