   We stopped at the service station today having picked up a very heavy payload in our car and urgently needed to inflate the rear tyres more. The self service pay air machine took our £1 card payment twice but would not start. We then tried a pound coin thinking the card payment may have failed. Again no operation. Each time we pressed tge inflator against tge valve we lost more air until the tyre looked seriously deflated. I went into the office and told the assistant and he said he eould refund my pound coin. Fantastic! He seemed to have zero appreciation of the precarious situation we were now in. If a machine is not working make sure it is either off or has clear signeage. Fortunately we managed to crawl to a rwal service station near the m5 without a blow out or serious tyre sidewall damage. Morrisons - you just narrowly avoided legal action againsy you. Sort your serice station out!

   Stopped here to put some air in my tyres. First paid the £1 at the machine and the transaction was accepted. Put the pump to my tyre but no air went into the tire. Paid another £1 in cash and the same thing happened. In fact, it left me with just 18 PSI in my tyre and the ineffective guy in the kiosk did nothing but give me one pound back and tell me to drive three miles down the road to another garage. Poor service, took money and when you complain the staff say they know nothing about the equipment on their forecourt and branded by Morrisons. And they still didn't turn the machine off or put an Out Of Service notice on it.

   Shopped here since it opened. Store has gone downhill over the last year or so. Common theme seems to be low stock, empty boxes/packets litter the floor, tills not staffed. Always feels like they are having a closing down sale! Shame.

   Rang Morrisons Bromsgrove prior to popping over to enquire about a product. Stock availability was confirmed so I popped over to their store. I went to the customer service desk and was helped by a fantastic member of staff called Jenny...she spent 20 mins with me sorting out the suitcase size I wanted by going through a few boxes and we finally found the one I wanted. Her professionalism was exceptional, her manner & customer service skills were exemplary. I would like to thank Jenny for taking the time & having the patience with me this morning helping secure my purchase. She is a credit to the Bromsgrove store and an exceptional customer service operative. 10/10

   You need to seriously look at customer service and the don’t care attitude of staff Supervisors who Approach customers with ‘What’s the problem?’ Customer service counter staff who ‘Can’t do refunds’ Checkout staff who say they will make an over charge right but add another 20 Pounds to your bill Runners who are too sluggish and not prepared to run product so I the customer ran for them Finally the classic Signage so small that in a whole aisle of product you miss it Dear Santa please give Morrison’s an Aldi gift card!

   Much like any other supermarket, but please tidy up a bit! The aisles are always littered with stock on the floor and why are so many packets and boxes damaged or open on the shelves?, especially the cereals. Need to tighten up on the housekeeping.
