   By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing. Took a blade for a chop saw too them and they sold me the wrong diameter so had to refund me twice before getting it correct. Went back later that day and got id’d for a can of spray foam. Time wasters

   Been using screwfix for 6 months or so now and generally they are great and really try to help if they can't provide the item. However having spoken to the manager a few months back and getting my account added to electricfix I was able to get an item price matched to any physical store. When I finally find an item I want to do that with they change the rules and say it needs to be a chain.

   Not my usual branch but had the stock item I required. Very helpful staff and good service. Normally I would order and pay online but as I was using Screwfix vouchers I couldn't do this as their own vouchers can't be used on their site!!!

   I have used screwfix a couple of times over the last few days. 1st time I just stopped off and found them following national guidelines perfectly and got excellent service. The 2nd time I used click & collect and again excellent service and my order was ready when I arrived. On my experience found them 1st rate and good prices.

   Placed an order for click and collect. The lad on the counter said he couldn't find it told him what it was and he went out back and still said he couldn't find it even though it was large items. When I got back home I phoned customer service and they found the order details straight away. Then they phoned the store and suddenly they could find the order but couldn't find it when I was in the shop. Customer services were very helpful unlike the store. My partner phoned store and manager said what you want me to do about it.
