Came in to buy some painting tools today, didnβt catch the name of the lady at the counter but she was extremely kind and patient and even offered to help us carry the stuff out to the car since we bought quite a few things. She definitely brightened up our day :) Excellent customer service and most things I was looking for were in stock or easily replaced
Lady on the counter was great. Didn't catch her name we came in 17/05 around 18:40. She showed us multiple option and let us open the screws to make sure we got the right ones. Fantastic customer service.

Never had any anti freeze so wasted my time going. Go to Euro Car Parts if you are after anti freeze they have plenty and are only two minutes walk away

Polite staff doing their best with impatient customers, best if you order stuff before you turn up and use their click and collect facility. Also the staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable about their products and the return facility if you accidentally bought the wrong thing is great.
Really helpful staff. Tried his hardest to find an alternative part to the one I was looking for to see if I could get quicker. ordered online for next day click and collect in the end. only reason for not getting 5 stars is because there was no sign at the entrance in the business park to direct me. granted this is probably my fault but I can't just hand out 5 stars for nothing.
