First visit - I got a seal kit instead of the replacement valve I thought I needed, friendly service and good advice. Good to hear they have access to reliable plumbers if a job turned out to be beyond me. They sell parts down to O rings and grub-screw level - much cheaper than many things in our throw-away world. (Seal kit works a treat by the way !) Highly recommended.
Really knowledgeable helpful and friendly. First time I’ve used these merchants and I will be back again. Lots of items in stock - they matched my WC rubber inlet diaphragm for only £5 rather have to change the entire valve.
