   Euronics Alcester Rd Birmingham just delivered and installed our new cooker and took away our old one. Absolutely Excellent service. We ordered last Thursday. The del was promised for 4pm today. Delivered early and all done before 4pm. No fuss , no drama, just good old fashioned brilliant service. This is the 4th electrical item we have purchased from them, we won't use anyone else.    Found a good priced fridge freezer on the euronics website with Richards Appliances having stock. Phoned them to check when it like be delivered as mine was beyond repair, phoned at 9.30 the appliance was delivered to me at 1.30, old appliance taken away and all packaging from the new one, all checks were done to make sure it was in perfect working order. Very impressed with the standard of customer service and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others. Thank you

   do not shop here very bad company and they lie to you they dont care about your floor s and home they damaged our flooring and put washing machine in and then when they went i food rust on it i bought this in shop window he said thats a broken one you will have a new one so i thought good bargain but when i whent back to the shop it was not in the window and asked him he said thats the one i gave you and he sold me a second hand machine but when i took photo it did not say secondhand i got money back but dameged our floor do not buy anything from this shop he is not trust worthy
