The audio on our flatscreen TV failed and was fixed the next day by Telecare. The service was relaxed, efficient and at a reasonable price. Roy even took the TV to the car for us. Would certainly recommend!
Their staff are extremely threatening towards women on their way to work. Man photographed as evidence. Please return my calls to raise a complaint. Thank you. In response to your professional comments- your van forced me out of the way on multiple occasions, bibbing me and crawling up the back of my car in a threatening manner. At the lights you will see your driver flashed and bibbed me multiple times to go. You pulled up beside me to look into my car and make threatening hand gestures on two occasions, which my dash cam also picked up. Your dash cam will not show me using a mobile device, it will see me fixing a sat nav to my car that dropped. Thank you.
What a great service! Roy was friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He let me know that if he couldn't fix it then there wouldn't be a charge. Luckily he managed to fix my TV and get it back to me as soon as the new parts were delivered. Great service.
Thanks to the endless positive reviews, we decided to ask Roy to fix our TV (despite living 50 minutes away from his shop) and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I didn't think shops like this existed anymore but thank heaven for Telecare! Called in with my 42" LG tv that had sound but no picture. Diagnosed and quoted just £85 to fix my tv. within the hour i had a call to say it was ready tomorrow, a bargain compared to the cost of a new tv Working great just like new
