Ordered two new tyres on line, booked to have them fitted all straightforward. Bill fitted them and checked tracking which was out. Had a good experience with competitive pricing.
i called for a puncture repair at 8.30am & went to the workshop just after 9am. I was fitted in quickly & was on my way home about 10am. Great service.
I had 1st class service each time I visit this branch of Kwikfit. As a Motability customer, I am treated exceptionally well each time I have reason to visit there. My most recent visit was on Mon 1st Dec 2025. There were only 2 members of staff working that day, yet the service given was as well as a 5 team membership. I'm unsure if their Manager would see this review, so I hope that it can be 'copied into his personal email a/c.' I received first class customer service, despite the low staff count that day. The men appear to be overworked, and undervalued. I hope that this review will inspire more people to give their opinions, which I expect to be also favourable. As the big season approaches, I hope that their salary will reflect a well earned bonus in showing that they have gone above and beyond in their customer service. Thank you.
Went here Monday afternoon, place had one car in. Asked if they could repair a tyre through our company account but said he couldn't as it was a commercial van and couldn't go on the ramp. Explained no need as it was in the back not fitted. Then said that he couldn't as he needed to check the other tyres which I said I don't need doing. Then he said that he wouldn't be able to get authorisation unless he did a full check, I offered to get authorisation to just repair the tyre but said he couldn't do it. I would need to go to Birmingham instead, guess what tyre sorted no ramp needed no issue getting authorisation. Lazy depot can't be bothered and will find any excuse not to do it, avoid like the plague!!!
I change my car Tyres at Kwik fit Kingstanding branch, the team are polite , professional with reasonable price , this was my first experience and it will not be the last , I recommend this place when it comes to Tyres , thank you Nigel and your coworker
Oh my goodness!! Dave was amazing! My friend and I was on our way to work when I noticed i had a flat.I parked out side Kwik at 7.30 waiting for help.…and it did! Thank you very much Dave and the team for sorting my tyre promptly. Thank you
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the service was quick and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly be using them the next time I require tyres .
Fantastic, friendly, efficient service. Turned up without much notice and due to state of my tyres the staff managed to fit me in without a moments hesitation. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my tyres.
I had a puncture and needed to be travelling 2 hours for work the following day. Kwik fit Kingstanding managed to squeeze me in for an early appointment and sorted my car out so very quickly that I was back on the road with no time lost. Friendly service too. Thank you.
