   I have been using this shop for several years now and it is consistently good. Great selection of goods and good prices too. It is my local store and the staff are very knowledgeable and generally helpful. On this occasion I was purchasing an outdoor security light and I needed a particular one. It was sorted for me without any fuss at all. I would highly recommend this establishment.

   This was our first visit to this store . It was a simple item that we needed ( a Diaphragm for a toilet system ) . On entering the store , it was good to see that the Mandatory masks must be worn signs were in place ,also the floor was clearly marked in the different aisles for social distancing measures ,so it felt safe to be in there . When we got to the counter, ( screens were in place to protect everyone ) , we were greeted by a young man by the name of Will . Will was so efficient ,friendly and kind , and went out of his way , to ensure that we were puchasing ,the exact same product , as the part that we took with us for comparison . Will was so patient ,as we picked up a few other items to purchase ,we could not have been treated with any more respect , had we been buying hundreds of pounds worth of goods . We would highly recommend this store ,to anyone who needed their products ,and we will definately be returning again . I did speak to the Manager there , who I believe was named Ollie , and he too was so respectful and pleasant . So , well done Screwfix Rubery !.

   This was my first visit to this particular store, and indeed my first visit to any Screwfix store for months. There are a handful of parking spaces outside the front of the store. The inside of the store was small but functional and was well designed (and clearly marked) for social distancing. There weren't really any products on display, but that may be down to contamination prevention - in which case, good show. The staff were polite and efficient. My online order was retrieved quickly and without issue.
