   Came to Beefeater today as a last minute decision and was very happy with our choice. What made it even better was being looked after by Donna. She was fantastic to talk to, very good without little boy and made the visit a very pleasant one. Food was lovely and the atmosphere was great.

   I can honestly say the food at Beefeater always hits differently. This week we had the beef lasagna, with cheddar cheesy fries and Garlic bread and it was delicious so scrumptious! My husband had the pork ribs and loved it too! Our toddler doesn’t like to eat but always ends up finishing all her dinner when we got to beefeater.

   Enjoyed our meals for a reasonable price. Minor problems with things missing from the order, such as mushy peas, but soon rectified. Had to wait a while for our food even though a few other people that came after us, had finished their meals before we had started ours. On the whole though, very friendly service and food was good.

   Great value breakfasts pull in families at the weekends for the £9.99 unlimited breakfast. A great treat for all any Sat or Sun. Freshly ground coffee, cappuccino, latte, as many as you want, with buffet breakfast.

   We ordered a pair of Steaks Sirloin medium well done and for me a Fillet medium rare (deal was 50% off) regular customers. Started eating mine as the nice Server Jen asked if all was OK I said dubiously yes then a minute later flipped my FILLET STEAK and then stopped eating and pointed out my steak (eventually) to Jen she was as horrified as me, check out the picture. Jen said she knows the person who killed this steak and will point this out to them. But seriously why even attempt putting that on a plate should have gone straight Into the bin then explain to your head why you crucified a perfectly good piece of meat. Gutted and hungry, Jen was apologetic. But.....

   Perfect place for morning breakfast. Eat as much as you can for £9.50 Perfect place for family/friend dinner. Covid safe, excellent beef steak, friendly and nice staff. Tasty drinks. Definitely will visit again.
