   Held my son’s 30th birthday meal here with 17 guests. It is an absolutely fantastic restaurant, gorgeous surroundings, the staff are amazing, efficient, courteous & hardworking. The manager Anna is a fantastic person it was so easy right from me booking Prezzo to the very end. I would definitely recommend this venue for a meal & for a special occasion.    Had tickets to see a pantomime at The Palace Theatre in Redditch on New Year's Eve and needed somewhere nice to eat with the family. This, as it turns out, is probably the only "nice" chain restaurant in Redditch. It literally is like an oasis of middle-class in a swamp of McDonalds and Greggs. I know how pretentious I sound, but I write these reviews for those who look for nice places to eat, where costs means less than experience. We had a lovely meal here, great menu, nice food, great service, quality drinks, stylish decor. This all added up to exactly what I was after and so pleased this place exists.

   Everytime I've visited this Prezzo the staff have always been nice, polite and informative about the menus. Also great at recommending dishes. I visited last week with my Mom & son (toddler age) the children's menu was great - the food was delicious (so good I ate half of it on top of my main!) All the food was excellent and the service was super quick. Would definitely recommend.

   This is the second time weve eaten here on our visit to The kingfisher shopping centre...as we were very pleased with the service and the food. Very well priced too. The meal was excellent...hot and very well presented. Will definitely come here again.
