I received this reply from this company after receiving a product with 2 months left on expiration date, I requested to either refund or send new . "Thank you so much for your email and review, and we can only wholeheartedly apologise for your disappointed experience shopping with us. I can see that the Millet we sent you still has 2 months before its best before date and note that our T&Cs state that all our products will have at least 1 month to go. We are aware of course that shopping through larger outlets is training us as consumers to demand at least 90 days best before dates, and that we are used in this βFirst Worldβ to having long dates with our foods, but there is also the reality that this isnβt always possible: Sometimes, perhaps because of the lack of preservative in a natural product; sometimes because Brexit makes deliveries of stock take six to eight weeks longer than they used to; sometimes because a worldwide pandemic means that the foods arenβt consumed in the ways they were, and the manufacturers are having to adjust, and that this takes time. Grains or vegetables, milk formula or fruit β whatever the raw ingredient β their growing and harvesting cycle canβt be both organically grown and instantly forced to meet changing consumer demand β fair practice with the growers, a great deal of planning, and quite a little bit of luck are all still needed. We do appreciate that your feelings are strong on this matter, but it is an accepted fact that a βbest beforeβ date is not the same as a βuse byβ date, and that we can treat these products differently in our consumption of them. Thanks to the Russian invasion on Ukraine, the world has genuinely sat on the brink of shortages of staple foods like grains and oils. We are so very fortunate in so many ways in this country, and, that we have stock at all is always such a better place to be in than no food at all. All of these are real and human problems, and we will always strive to be both transparent, and very much a part of the solutions with our suppliers and our customers. Of course I will refund you just now, and please keep the Millet porridge, or donate it to your local food bank. We quite understand if you would rather not keep it. With our very best wishes Sophie & the Ulula team" Although disguised in politeness , for some odd reason, they thought they need to try and educate a customer on matters they A. Know nothing about ( living in the comfort of their UK home, to follow their own line of thought )and B- are irrelevant nor to the point. So, your customers should be thankful for having food at their table, in this context ? how self righteous and pretentious are you?! You are aware you sell ORGANIC food (amongst other things). How dare you lecture ?? how privileged are you? What car do you drive? what vacations do you take? how much money do you donate and to which charities? (irrelevant right???!) You have a business. You make money. You sell organic (amongst other stuff) baby food. Reply to customers in a business and professional fashion and keep your righteousness and personal judgemnt for your own children (who should probably say thank you to their kindergarten teachers every-time they choose (god forbid ) not to eat something simply because they don't like it . Thanks for the Β£3 refund and the poor lacture . What you should have answered: apologies you were dissatisfied with the product received. Done , sorted. Send customers what they pay for ! Not old unused baby food you have no one to sell it to!

Ulula are the nicest company. I buy goats milk formula for my son, the website is easy to use & delivery is often quicker than advised. The customer service makes them stand out from other companies. They send a newsletter with each order which is lovely. I recently ordered the wrong milk, they replaced quickly and were so helpful. Thank you to everyone for the past year & a half, I canβt recommend enough!

Found this wonderful company while searching online for a plastic free bottle. Have been very very impressed with their customer service. Sophie in particular has been so brilliant and wouldn't stop until she had sorted out an issue I was having with a product (now sorted and very happy!) Items are dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly and the products are all very high quality. Would absolutely recommend this family run company and will definitely be using them again myself in the future.

Excellent and wide range of products - in particular, lots of dairy free options which has been vital as our baby has a dairy allergy. Friendly and efficient customer service with prompt delivery of products. Only place we shop for baby food now!
