   Usual screwfix, most all items in stock, apart from the one thing you need, anything else next day pickup. Can get busy at times. Better to check stock on website. Click an collect can sometimes take too long to send the confirmation text.

   Tried to order on line as it said next day delivery only. When i finaly managed to get my renew password to work said two days. Sod it. Will go to B&Q tomorrow. Need it now while the sun is out and before rain in two days time.

   Not a great experience today. Despite there being no other customers in store other than 1 person being served, the guy waiting behind the counter wouldn’t take my order or serve me without me downloading the app. I didn’t have time to mess about, so left frustrated. I can’t understand why I couldn’t just be served.

   Husband said the staff have social distancing down to a t. Its the best place he's been into to collect stuff. He said the staff are all really friendly and the click and collect service works really well.

   The wait times always seem too long here even if you are just collecting a web order. I've even seen other traders walk out after ten minutes of not getting their order. In addition, on this particular visit I believe they were unable to process card transactions due to a technical fault.
