   The private sushi making lesson hosted by Nari and Yoshie is absolutely incredible. From the moment you start they make you feel comfortable and welcome, sharing their expert knowledge about sushi, the ingredients and the history of everything you're doing. At the end of the course, all the sushi you have created you take away to enjoy in the evening. You are also provided with a follow-up document, describing all the techniques, ingredients and equipment used throughout the day, including locations in the Midlands to find everything! I whole hearty recommend this class as an experience, you won't be disappointed!

   Booked this as a birthday gift for my partner; we had to cancel our initial booking a bit last minute as I was unwell, Nari and Yoshie very kindly allowed us to re-book at a later date. We had so much fun learning about the types of sushi, a little bit about the history and sampling a few as we went along, took a lot of self control to not devour it in one go! It was well worth the extra wait (even if it did mean having to keep it a secret from my partner for longer than initially planned) The pdf sent to us afterwards with instructions and where to buy ingredients is so useful, we’re looking forward to trying to re-create everything again! As a bonus - I mentioned my love of Japanese food and how we were hoping to go to Japan in a few years. Nari and Yoshie kindly suggested a recipe book to try!

   Really enjoyable, relaxing experience with two top-class sushi chef instructor, Narihito and Yoshie. Learning how to roll sushi is a lot of fun and the quality of the fish was top notch. We had so much to eat and so much to bring home. Would highly recommend it.

   Thank you Yoshie and Nari! We had so much fun last Saturday at your Sushi School! Even though we were all novices, our sushi turned out super professional and we took home enough to feed an army!    Wow, what an incredible experience. Nari & Yoshie welcomed us into their home and made us feel relaxed and completely at ease. They are both humble, tentative, passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about sushi; the history of, the methodologies, techniques, and most importantly, how to teach and pass on their skills. The course lasted over 3 hours and we enjoyed every minute. As a bonus we each took home a huge box of sushi for dinner (and breakfast & lunch tomorrow!) My wife & I had an amazing time at this sushi class and we would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who likes sushi or who just likes cooking and wants to try something new. 5 stars, amazing.
