    It's terrible, there's no cigarette bins or bins so the residents keep littering their cigarette ends all over the outside of the shops and hotel front including the footpath. I have reported this to the council as it just looks like a mess and is littering

    A bit pricey for what I got, Room clean but need TLC. No housekeeping so had to leave a note for clean towel, empty bins etc not sure if they're used to people staying more than 1 night. The bed was very comfortable and I had Tea, Coffee facilities & a TV with a good choice of Chanels and app chanels, internet was ok once I moved the modem for what I require it was ok to good

    Very poor customer service. I really don't understand how this hotel can have any positive reviews. Firstly, very poor communication with reception, owners. When I called to book a room , the person at reception spoke very broken English, was hard to communicate. On arrival when taking payment, they showed a clear preference for cash payment, which seemed a bit odd to me. Nearly empty toilet roll and no floor mat or hand towel, had to call them after check in to be able to get some. I am not sure if they expect guests to arrive with their own towels and toilet roll? Mouldy walls that need painting, stained bathroom. No WiFi code given on arrival, no hairdryer in the room, after several messages I finally was given a hairdryer the next morning at 9 am just before check out. I left a piece of jewellery in the bathroom, I messaged the property at least 4 times if they could find it and I never got any answer. Would be nice to at least get a simple message, even if they were not bothered to look for it I stay in hotels around UK and Europe every month, and this is by far the most disappointing customer service/ very poorly managed hotel I have ever stayed in.

    Me and my fiancΓ© stayed there last night, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a desk with tea, coffee, cups, kettle, sugar and sweeteners. The room also have a tv with all the channels so u could enjoy a good movie. The staff were very warm and welcoming and were very willing to have a conversation with us when we went outside to smoke. Overall wonderful hotel definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be staying there again. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

    Booked a room for my grandparents, requested a ground floor room if possible due to my grandad having a disability and quite unsteady on his feet. They informed us only rooms available on first and second floor - no problem as was just a preference for ease for them both. 3 days before my grandparents are due to arrive, we receive a message from the hotel stating they recommend we go elsewhere to avoid inconvenience as my grandfather is disabled and we would be able to find cheaper places in Redditch almost as if they were persuading us to go elsewhere. Obviously panicking due to being so close to the arrival date, my mum called the hotel to discuss this and explain it was fine he was just unsteady and it was simply a preference for ease for her to be told they do not want the β€˜trouble’. We have now had to book another hotel room at extra expense as we are concerned my grandparents will be treated differently due to this and made to feel unwelcome. I wrote to them to express my concerns regarding the way our situation had been handled and for this to be passed on to management to have a shocking reply sweeping this under the carpet. It is disgusting how this has been handled and am shocked at the responses I have received. Totally shocking in this day and age for people to act this way. Definitely do not recommend anybody staying here - disappointed attitude management and staff. I suggest you read up on the Disability Discrimination Act as this could cause you problems in the future.

    Have been here with my newborn for 3 days and can not fault a thing. Everything is modern, The shower is perfect and the beds are so comfy everything is spotless. Staff and main manager are very friendly and helpful. 5star hotel would definitely recommend

    Our original hotel cancelled at last minute so booked this hotel. After a warm friendly greeting we were shown to our room. Very clean and warm and our beds were very very comfy. Shower was hot and powerful just needed abit of planning to get in it but only me being picky. Will be my go to hotel next time I'm in Redditch.

    Newly opened, so fittings and fixtures are new. Smart TV, comfortable bed, USB sockets for phone charging and waterfall shower were all good points. Could improve on a couple of bits - no shelf in the shower for shower gel /shampoo. No hand towel or bath mat. Toilet roll holder was loose. These little issues will likely be sorted, as the concierge was very attentive and helpful. After calling to enquire about availability, details were confirmed by text message, which I definitely approve of and had a personal touch and felt very approachable. Would stay again if I was in the area
