The staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I don't have anything negative to say!
The staff are amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s Needs some maintenance such as light bulbs but it’s minor. Having the restaurant in site is great and the food is good.
On arrival, we were given our key card and room number. We went to said room and on opening the door found that the room was already occupied (cases and phones were in there). So we obviously went back to reception and spoke with the young girl there - bless her it was only her second day and she was lovely. She eventually managed to find us another room, kudos to her. I however don't expect to book a room and be given one that's already occupied.
We love to stay here for it's convenience and near to our Grandchildren. The beds are so comfy and it's always spotlessly clean. We prefer to stay in the old part as it seems quieter. The resteraunt and bar are excellent. And a love bonus is the 20% off food when you dine in the evening. The staff are always friendly and polite and clean up well and quickly. The garden/play area is a good place to invite our Daughter and the grandchildren as you can sit and watch while you relax.
Friendly and fast welcome process. Room was good and adequate. Staff went out of their way to assist with a housekeeping request (and left a note hoping it worked) which was a nice touch. Restaurant - good menu, well priced. Staff coped well under pressure!
All of the staff were exceedingly welcoming, accommodating and jovial. It's so nice to see a cohesion between the staff that clearly accelerates a happy and positive working environment that is passed on to the customers they serve. Even though it became particularly busy we, and everyone else from what we could see, were still served with the same great positivity. We ordered the majority of your starters, a mega mixed grill and a couple of puddings and they were all fantastic! (Special note, Celia enjoyed her prawn cocktail so much she ordered two!) Keep up the great work and thanks for looking after us so well!
I said 18 months ago never again after a really bad meal and rude staff. Gave it another chance and cannot fault the staff or service. Hopefully be back monthly this year coming. Meal was lovely staff very friendly. Already gonna book for a family birthday next month and many more occasions. Thanks team
Friendly receptionist and quick booking in process. The environment was lovely and quiet and the room was generally clean and tidy. I did notice the bath wasn't as clean as perhaps it could have been but overall the room was of a good standard.
