“Unfortunately I was attending a Wake but the Avenue Club was an ideal venue. It was centrally located with easy access to main routes. The club itself was nice - very clean and well decorated. Access was good for wheelchairs and the room where the venue was easy to move around. The food served was plentiful and lovely. All in all a lovely place.”

“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. “We had our wedding reception at the Cobden Hotel in the Cobden Suite. Jessine managed the whole event and planning process who did an absolutely fantastic job. She walked us through our plans for the day and asked all the right questions in our pre-event meetings to make it perfect. “The staff are very welcoming and always do their best to accommodate late checkouts when needed. The rooms are spotless and include coffee and other hot drink facilities, which is a nice touch. There’s plenty of parking, and the location is quiet and peaceful. A great bonus is that you can leave your car here if you’re going away on holiday instead of using airport parking. We stay here regularly and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.”

“We had the most idyllic stay in the Old Dairy at Rowley Farm. The cottage was clean, cosy, and exceptionally dog friendly - with an enclosed garden that was perfect for our dachshund to roam around safely. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack full of goodies from local businesses, and a very detailed visitors guide that helped us get settled into the property. The bed and shower were particular highlights, as well as the incredible wood fired hot tub. There are lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area, and some brilliant shops just a short drive away from the cottages. We highly recommended a stay at the Old Dairy, and can’t wait to visit again in the future.”

“Afternoon Tea For 5 - Celebrating Our Moms Birthdays What can I say, blown away by the house, the food and the service. We chose champagne afternoon tea, we had veggie and meat options. Both choices were plentiful, fresh and so delicious, you will not leave hungry. We ate in the dining room with a lovely homely, relaxed atmosphere. We even chose our favourite songs to play on the speaker. We decided to eat cakes/scones in the bar area by the fire which was such a lovely treat. Cakes were fresh and so delicious. I have a fortnightly clean with Laura and she’s fantastic and leaves the house smelling and looking lovely. The lodge its self had everything you needed (own car parking space) and was SUPER clean ! everything worked such as heating, hot water ect. “We recently visited Kidderminster for the weekend to experience local attractions that included the Severn Valley Railway and Wyre Forest. Bewdley Hill House is convenient for both, being only a mile’s walk from Kidderminster Station and a few miles drive from the Forest and beautiful Bewdley, nestled next to the River Severn. The B&B is in an older property, so our room was traditional in style, but clean and comfortable, with coffee, tea, water and toiletries provided. There was also a television and free WiFi. There is off road car parking and we were able to leave our car when off sightseeing. We slept well and there was a good cooked breakfast to enjoy. Our hosts were friendly and obliging, which made for a relaxed and pleasant stay.”

“Went for a dinner party event. The reception and bar staff were most welcoming and helpful, nothing os too much trouble. The hotel was very comfortable and bright. Although we did not book overnight, those that did complemented on the bedrooms. Close to beautifully wild Sutton Park for walks and rambles.”
