This hotel is conveniently close to Birmingham New Street railway station and the Bull Ring shopping centre. My room was comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. I stayed on a room-only basis.

We came to Birmingham for the weekend to just relax and have some fun. The rooms was clean, tidy, and good value for money. It is a walk away from everything and you in the centre in 2 or 3 minutes. Definitely stay there again. Good times

Stayed here last minute as other hotel I normally use was booked, price was relatively cheap at £54. However the room was a disgrace, there was a condom underneath the bed, now I never picked the bed up, I just moved it slightly across which the housekeeping should of done, there was a towel with a skid mark on it, I was absolutely disgusted. Went to tell the bloke on reception and he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders, in the morning the West Indian lady was very nice she was very apologetic but this is unacceptable.

Awful and disrespectful owner/management Checked in because of late trains the room was cramped carpet disgusting I wouldn't take my shoes off. Stench from drains made it an ordeal to use loo so much that I went to wetherspoons in the am for sponge bath and brush my teeth!!! Chair delapidated bad shape. I immediately complained and the night manager shrugged and said rooms cleaned everyday. Nothing I would have left but too late to book elsewhere so bared it requested refund was offered maximum of £15 disgusting.

The rooms are spacious, homely and clean and of course worth the money. There is not much of services provided at the hotel as such. But the receptionists are very polite and answer any queries you may have. They have a decent and good bar for the staff and residents at the Inn. It is very close to the Birmingham grand Central and bus station hence can easily move anywhere in Birmingham

Liked the fact it was close to the main station. Lift to all floors was helpful. Going in November the heating was full on and I found the room quite warm. Slept with window open which was very noisy. Could have done with more pillows.

The location is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless with good extras like handrails in the bathroom if you have mobility problems, also a lift which is valuable to me. Wi fi has good reception. Overall definitely recommend
