   Eerie to stay in would not recommend. When we arrived the front door was left open, boarded up window and door with metal, no answer on the phone, no clear instructions to where the key was, our room door ended up being open and the key in the lock box didn't work and the room keys left in the door, plus screaming, shouting and banging from other guests from 5am-10am, unclean and heating didn't work. Overall uncomfortable and terrible, avoid.

   Coming to stay at this property is probably what it feels like to be in hiding. As you stare at the dirt on the walls at 2am, kept awake by the screaming of the other guests and shouting of yardies in the road outside it gives you pause to evaluate your life choices so far. The shared bathroom has one dirty, broken shower cubicle and a leaking toilet. The kitchen facilities are unusable as the washing machines are always full and the surfaces covered in dirty plates and leftover food. The three-piece suite is a nice touch but it's outside the front of the property and somewhat weathered. You're basically paying to stay in a squat. However the room was warm and the bed was clean.

   Rooms are really nice, and clean as soon as you come in. The owner is really helpful, always on top of everything and understood and helped me with my needs. He made my stay safe.
