My family and I stayed at the Cotford Hotel in October, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms and gardens were beautiful, the service was wonderful, and the location was excellent—very close to town and local amenities. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts and the option to reserve dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, with plenty of great choices. I also was very amused by the cheeky sign on the front of the hotel that said, "On this site Sept. 5, 1782, nothing happened." I truly can’t say enough about this charming, well-run establishment!

We loved it! Went to celebrate our anniversary. Amazed by the food and service. Greeted by a lovely smile when we first arrived and were thoroughly looked after. A lovely place to eat - would recommend to anyone in the area. Snug and glamorous!

Went to Amuse Bouche restaurant here twice. It's a bit of a hidden gem to be honest. Great food and excellent service. The place itself, in parts, looks a little dated and with just a little investment this could be remedied. Overall I would recommend eating here for a refined, yet familiar menu. I'll be back!

What a delight to stay in an hotel where the owners still operate on a daily basis. A lovely couple who obviously enjoy what they do so well. The Garden Room was ideal for me and my dog with direct access to the garden. And what a beautiful garden with sheltered spots to sit with a glass of wine. Great food, nothing was too much trouble even though I ordered something that wasn't on the menu. A shout out too for Melissa for her service.

My wife and I recently moved to Malvern and this was our first visit to the L'amuse Bouche restaurant. We opted for the Sunday Lunch, but arrived early, so were shown through to the fabulously appointed lounge, where the decoration and furniture was very much in keeping with this fine period property. Both Barbara and Chris took the time to introduce themselves, whilst we settled down to pre-dinner drinks, and were excellent hosts. The meal and the service was everything that we had hoped for from this fine dining restaurant and we couldn't recommend it more highly. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely superb, We visit L’amuse bouche once to twice a year, usually in winter. Service is always first class, food is delicious and well presented and great atmosphere overall. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a gourmet experience.

We had a special family meal here just before Christmas. There was ample parking on the premises and more on the main road outside. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our table. The hotel is beautifully decorated and looked so clean. The staff were very attentive throughout our evening and looked after us well. There was a good variety of choices on the menu and the food was delicious and well presented. My family have already booked to visit again.

We found this place after searching a while. Extremely happy with our rooms which were very clean, well decorated and very good value for money. The piano lounge with a fire was beautiful, the owners very welcoming and pleasant. I loved the decor in the entire hotel. Breakfast was great, the restaurant we didn't try but will next time. As you can probably tell we were delighted and quite smug that we found such a reasonably priced hotel so close to the town centre and hill walks. Thankyou.

Amazing family run boutique hotel and fabulous French restaurant. Having not visited for 3 years due to Covid I had forgotten how very nice it was..we received a warm welcome from host Barbara. This place is a gem in the Malvern Hills.
