    Called in to buy a heater for my boat. Have a log burner and a diesel Aga on board, but better safe than sorry. I engaged with two staff members....one Lithuanian female and one Polish bloke......and both were superb ~ professional, courteous and an example to be followed by others. Took all of the packaging for disposal by them and carried the heater to my car. I tried to tip them....only a £5, but they refused, telling me that 'it was all part of the service'........a refreshing experience all round.
