   My old 1978 Pioneer Amp started malfunctioning a month or so back and then stopped completely. Looking at reviews I tried calling Sean, within two days he'd changed a few components, cleaned all internal connections and even replaced the VU Meter light bulbs. The Amp is like new again, performing better at lower volumes on all speakers. I don't think his shop is open each day, so call before visiting his cluttered Alladins Cave. Excellent service at an excellent price, thank you.

Not only did he do a first class job promptly his charges for the work were very reasonable....and he explained what he had done in a way that a non technical person like me could understand. In summary, Sean is a true gentleman and is excellent at what he does.

   This repair shop was recommended to me after I found myself in Kidderminster following a bad TV repair experience in my hometown of Birmingham (don't ask!). All I can say is that there are not enough stars to describe the stellar quality of service and knowledge Sean has regarding electrical repairs. After ticking all the above boxes that still doesn't do him justice. A good honest reputable engineer who right now is my go-to guy for any problems I have with audio-visual appliances irrespective of the distance between us.

   It's been a while since this business was reviewed so thought I'd add an up to date one . Dropped a TV in (LG 47" LED) with no life in it at all. Within an hour the owner (Shaun I believe) called to let me know the problem; turned out a new power supply was needed but not available any more. He was however quite happy to give me the part number and I was able to find a second hand one on ebay. When I returned to the shop he fitted the unit while I waited, (and I must point out for a very reasonable charge). Tested and working fine now it's full marks from me.
