I recently spent my time here for the Xmas holidays and had a great experience. The location is bang in the centre of town and Nemo and the team were great with making us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for options in the area.

We stayed over Christmas and the staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, especially the manager, Nemo! We woke up to Christmas treats at our door! Everything was very clean and the location was very convenient to Bullring, Chinatown and lots of shops and restaurants! Price was very reasonable as well.

Location was perfect! TV wasn’t working properly and WiFi not connecting properly which disappointed our kids. Staff understaffed and very busy BUT Jade, you made all the difference with your lovely smile, attentiveness to me and my large family. You were extremely busy, but we could never see it in your face as you’d always smile and give us your attention and check we’re ok. @Premiere Inn New street Jade is the heart of your entire service and I recommend her as one of your Front of House Managers.

After a traumatic train journey, thanks to storm Caudia, it was fantastic to arrive to a very comfy room and helpful staff. We had the meal deal and the food was brilliant. The next day after a great breakfast we could leave our bags there whilst shopping. Would definitely recommend it

The sixth-floor room we stayed in for four nights was impeccable. It was clean, modern, and there was no disturbance from neighbouring rooms. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The only downside was the slow free WiFi, which might be inconvenient for foreign tourists. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend this hotel in the bustling city centre of Birmingham.

Great location, room was clean but the walls are paper thin, can hear neighbors in the room beside, talk, cough and listen to their phone as if they were in my room - my room was also right by the lift so could hear people coming and going all night. Staff were nice, warm and welcoming though and the room was a fair price for the location. Just wish it was a bit more sound proof!

A very good stay, the room was great, very clean and modern with good facilities. Took advantage of the £25 meal deal for a two course evening meal with drink followed by all you can eat breakfast the following morning. The only thing which I found disappointing was a firefoor had been propped open by a cleaning cloth. On reporting this I was told that this door was broken, so apparently this may be how it's kept open? Not the best of safety measures I would say. Overall a really good stay.

Rooms absolutely perfect. Spotless. We found no dust, cobwebs, marks on the walls or stains on the carpets. All facilities in the room were working perfectly. Staff very welcoming. I can't comment on food here as didn't eat here. Absolutely stunning rooms.

Room was spotless and quiet, very comfortable bed. There was no remote control in the room and had to wait sometime in reception for staff to ask about this, but after speaking to reception a control was brought to the room in no time. Staff at breakfast very warm and helpful, breakfast good for buffet. Would stay again. Lighting very different,I liked it!
