   The first thing we noticed was how clean it was and how clean it smelled as we opened the first entrance door. Our room was spotlessly clean with a good sized bathroom. The bed was comfy and there's a good sized communal kitchen, not that you need it as you are in the middle of a bustling street with bars and any food you could possibly want. You're tucked away from the noise though, the room is really quiet. We stayed for the half marathon at sutton Park which was a 10 minute drive away so you have access to gorgeous green space too. We also utilised the hand car wash on the doorstep while we explored. A really convenient, clean and tidy place to stay. Great value for money. Thank you.

   Great accommodation in a good location with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. My room was exactly as described with all necessary amenities provided. Overall, it’s great value for money and I definitely recommend it. It’s about half an hour by bus to Birmingham city centre and a 15 minute walk from the train station.

   Stayed a few times, rooms basic but clean with en suite. Communal kitchen for pots, plates and glasses etc. Spitting distance from numerous takeaways/pubs/shops. Ample free parking. Good WiFi strength. Would recommend for people like me staying for business.

   Place was great, exceeded our expectations. However due to foolishness on our behalf and a blatant disregard for house rules we were ejected from the property at an earlier time. However this only strengthen's my opinions expressed herein.5 stars well managed and fairly treated thx for your time. Would LOVE TO SPEND MORE TIME AT SAID PROPERTY. THX
