An absolute life line - stayed here for just under 2 weeks whist our newborn was in the children's hospital. Being able to stay nearby and visit as early / late we liked cannot be topped. Once my paternity leave ended working remotely from the house was as easy as from home. The rooms are hotel quality, the kitchens have so much more than you would ever imagine. This is a wonderful charity and is run by such friendly and magical people .

This place is very clean and perfect for patient's families. However all of game consoles don't work in TV Lounge room. But the stuff are very kind.

Ronald McDonald House provided a facility for us and other parents who had children admitted as in patients at Birmingham Childrens Hospital. We were provided a room that we were able to use for respite. The room was spacious. Clean towels were provided. And a good selection of breakfast items that residents were able to consume either in the day room, their own room, or to take away. The staff were excellent, extremely helpful, and a credit to the brand. The service provided to parents is invaluable. The opportunity to be able to have respite, yet still be a stone throw away from your child helps takes a massive burden away from the parent who may not have necessarily thought about a place to rest, especially if the child has been brought to hospital in an emergency. We are indebted and owe a huge amount of gratitude to Ronald McDonald house. Thank you for the service, not only provided to us, but all parents who make use of the service.

A great charity with friendly volunteers and good rooms. Was given a tour here with my coworkers, all the people here were friendly and the facilities for families were clean, modern, and well kept. I highly recommend you donate to RMHC if you can.

This service is just invaluable to any parent that doesn't live local. We didn't even know about this outstanding service as was told by our nurse and it made such a hard situation with the hospital that much easier-We were more than happy to give the £25 depsoit as a donation as this is just a class service and easily walkable from the hospital. A huge huge thank you to all the staff and also McDonalds for providing this, we have never ever been more grateful of anything so honestly thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Absolutely amazing place, they helped us be close to the hospital so I could be close to my daughter whilst she had her life saving operation, absolutely cannot thank them enough.

Been an absolute god send to be able to have somewhere to stay while our daughter is poorly in hospital away from home. Gives parents somewhere to rest between shifts of looking after their children and somewhere you can be a family and cook a meal.

Staff are very helpful, the room is ideal for just myself. Dining area and childrens areas very spacious. Top floor has a small library, a lovely space to relax. It would have been helpful if there was a sign directing you to Ronald McDonalds.
