Was not informed about an additional mandatory $30 fee per night for breakfast, facilities etc. until I returned home and saw the money had been paid. Definitely something that should be communicated on arrival.
Do not book with them at all , I booked a room there last night and I was about to check in and I contacted the property no one didn’t reply and I cancelled within 15 minutes time and they charged me £99 and I did not get any refund.
This was my second time of staying in this hotel, the first was amazing, complimentary upgrade and the staff were so helpful. However this time not so much. The door in the lounge to the balcony was broken therefore didn’t shut, let alone lock. I contacted the hotel and never got a response. I stayed for 2 nights and the cleaners never showed up so I had to ask the reception for more toiletries etc. When I checked in I also never got any information like I did last time and had to ask when check out was etc. On the other hand it’s an amazing location close to the shopping centres and clubs, loads of choices for food!
Excellent location, 4 mins walk to Hippodrome and in lovely area with great bars and restaurants. Clean, large apartments with everything you need. Beds very comfy. Great value for city centre. All staff were amazing, friendly, efficient and profession. They check on us without being intrusive. Will stay again
The whole apartment was shabby. In need of upgrade. The sofas were uncomfortable plastic things. There was only three chairs at the dining table although the apartment was supposed to sleep 6, and one of those was ripped. The beds were very uncomfortable too. You could feel the springs in them. The floors creaked and the vinyl in the main living area was sticky and had holes in places. I don't know if we're we're given this apartment because we had children with us but we paid for a premium apartment. If this was premium I dread to think what standard or non premium would be like. Not my favourite place to stay.
Nice spacious living area - decent kitchenette. However, beds and showers were quite small and sofa/kitchen equipment was very worn. Apart from that, brilliant. Convenient location right in the centre of Birmingham. Definitely recommend it for those looking for a more practical, spacious hotel room.
The staff are welcoming. The apartments are spacious with a balcony. The rooms come with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. The bed is comfortable. The area is centrally located. It can get louder at night as it is very close to many bars and restaurants.
