Recently stayed at this hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a home from home. Breakfast was great and evening meals there’s a wonderful choice and the food was enjoyed by all. Will be back in the summer.
Premier Inn Birmingham was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city center. The staff were welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the bed ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast offered plenty of fresh choices, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay
Great hotel with amazing service! We greatly enjoyed our stay! I especially want to thank the manager who was so nice to me and my son. When he heard that we had been to National Sea World he even gave my son a little animal figure.
Recently stayed for 3 nights and had such a lovely experience in this hotel the room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the restaurant used it for breakfast there was a large range of options available and had evening meal on 3 occasions the food and the service was impeccable really enjoyed the stack burger. Would like to say a special mention to Bernie what a special person who has an amazing energy and was truly a blessing anytime I had the luck of seeing or speaking to you so thank you. Kits and Nicola were amazing as well doing a great job running a special hotel
I stayed at this particular Premier Inn for two nights on a business trip. The location was central, just walking distance to restaurants and shops and the rooms were spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was quiet and so slept really well. The bed was also very comfortable. I would like to highlight the excellent staff and customer service especially Bernie and Vikash. Both always with a smile and ready to help in anyway they could to make sure the hotel guests were happy. The only negative is that the hotel doesn't have parking so need to use nearby parking lots. I would absolutely recommend staying at Premier Inn Bridge street
Clean rooms, professional staff and quiet. Probably the best located Premier Inn close to the centre as its quiet and family friendly. Others are next to bars etc. No parking but plenty available on the same road with Just park. Breakfast is spot on, will definitely come again. Book in advance as expensive at short notice
Very clean room with comfy beds. Reception staff and dining room staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast. Our son, who is in a wheelchair, was treated very well, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay, we have already booked to go back.
Stayed for one night only but found it to be perfect for our needs. Received a friendly welcome, checking in was simple and quick. The room was of adequate size very clean and everything we needed was provided. Had a great night sleep bed was so comfortable. Stayed for breakfast food was very tasty and yet again the staff were all friendly and interactive. Was a walk from New St Station but great location if using the utilita arena as we were.
Lovely big bed and amazing shower. Bathroom was spotless (VERY important to me) Blackout curtains allowed us to have a lie in this morning. Reception staff Monday night (10/10/22) were really friendly on our return. One star deducted because the room was pretty small and would have been a nightmare had we taken suitcases instead of overnight bags. Would recommend for an overnight stay.
Good location, the canal basin is a nice area. Standard bed and room so comfortable. Shower and bathroom looked like recently refurbished and we’re good. Baylis and Harding shower gel instead of those old flat panel dispensers. Breakfast was the usual affair. All good. No air con tho so maybe not one for summertime.
