Exactly what we needed for our two night stay. Good room, good service and ideal location.

The place was lovely and clean. There is no mini fridge in the room. The location is ideal, its so close to local shops and restaurants. You are right beside public transport so it's ideal. You have a choice of the train, bus or taxi. Highly recommend

Perfect location to go to Cadbury World which was only a 15 mins trip away, also right next to the shopping centre which was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed except for an iron, but I know from previous stays in other premier inns we could request one. There were a few issues; one being the overflow in the bath was hanging off so there was a gaping hole in the bath which wasn’t very pleasant. The shower curtain was half hanging off the rail too. It makes me wonder why nobody had bothered to rectify this before our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very disappointed though that premier Inn will only allow 2 adults and two children up to the age of 15 to stay in one family room. Children should be treated as children up to the age of 18. So if you have a family of four, one child is under 15 and the other is over 15 you need to buy two rooms! You don’t get a discount on the single occupancy room either, so you are paying the same amount for both rooms. I’m not happy leaving a 16 year old child in a hotel room alone when there are three beds (2 singles and 1 double) available in the one family room. This feels extortionate for families and very unfair. Surely it costs more to clean two rooms! Families should have more choice. The TVs in the rooms only offer free view channels, which can be useless if travelling with young children. You would expect Premier Inn to at least have the ability to log in to one of the other streaming services like Netflix etc. Also a point to note if you are eating breakfast at the restaurant attached; kids are classed as adults over the age of 12 years old. I recently stayed at a Best Western Hotel where they had two adjoining rooms accommodating my entire family; our stay cost less than two rooms at Premiere Inn. They had more facilities including a swimming pool and the rooms were equally comfortable and clean. 100% Family friendly. I will definitely be spending my money wisely next time I go away and I’m afraid Premier inn may be losing a customer unless this policy changes. Disappointing.

I stayed at Longbridge Premier Inn 15,16,17 August. The moment I walked through the door I was made to feel so welcome by Tom at reception. He was kind and friendly and made me feel so welcome. Tom is an asset to Premier Inn and his customer service is what makes me happy to return as I felt valued as a guest.

Arrived for twin room already booked, in middle of night after sitting with dying relative in hospital. Reception not answered for nearly 10 mins and no parking info visible in hotel lobby so we did not know where we could park. Second bed not made up in room, and only mattress cover and no sheet available. Spare duvet had no cover. No second large towel. Too tired to go back to reception so just managed. Breakfast service fine the next day.

5 minutes walk from the railway station, easy check in. Room was more than adequate for an overnight stay for 2. It was only to get changed and to sleep in, it was clean we did use the extra pillows. We had a meal in the Beefeater in the evening which we couldn't fault and the staff were really friendly it's a pity we couldn't say the same for the breakfast the following morning. We had booked breakfast for 10am as we were losing an hours sleep. On arrival we waited to be seated and were told to help ourselves to the continental fare then they'd find out in which order we could order our hot breakfast. We finished our 1st course and half an hour after they came to take our hot food order. Then we waited an hour for our breakfast to come which was cold. We were told then there was a leak in the kitchen which they were waiting for someone to come (why not mention this from the start) we could then have decided whether to wait or ask for a refund and go somewhere else very disappointed to say the least (yes I did complain and I'm now waiting for a full refund anyway) must have cost premier a fortune today.

Standard hotel cheap nice rooms not a great area but close to the trains so easy to get into town

Rooms were absolutely stunning and had everything you need. Total let down at breakfast the whole self service was a rush and food was exposed considering we are coming out of the pandemic precautions and basic hygiene was not taken in to consideration. The whole breakfast was just shambles in short and hot food arrived cold.

Very good location opposite a M&S and Sainsbury’s and has a new fell to it. Only 4 mins walk from the station so great if you are heading in to Central Birmingham. Rooms were standard but quite dusty but a decent price and fully refundable would recommend.

Well I have had a lovely 7 days here. I had room 303. Lovely and clean as usual. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Especially the young chap when we arrived on the 3rd very helpful made time to chat to us and gave us milk and sugar for the week.. We come here twice a year and I must say we never agave a problem. Our room is left as tidy as we can. Thanks till the next time. Mrs commander
