Nice staff. Restaurant service is very slow sometimes - but there are no staff so this is what you get. Breakfast is very good. Toasters dreadfully slow though. Parking is £7.50 per 24 hours. Rooms are ok - not very modern though. Very hot in the bathroom - dripping with sweat after a shower. Air con set to 18C but still hot. Location is ok. Use an Uber to get around. Parking in the city is expensive and difficult to access.

Quality of rooms was below par. Tea/coffee Stains on beds. The odd spiders. When we first entered the room, temp was set to 28 degrees! Made sleeping really uncomfortable. Overall, cheap for a reason, but props to the staff. They're good people's.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed at the premiere in Aston Birmingham and once again the staff have been nothing but exceptional.one in particular member of staff by the name of charlaine really stood out by going above and beyond the expectations from not only myself but other hotel guests and nothing was too much trouble even under extreme pressure as the bar and restaurant was really busy.very impressed by charlaine's work ethic and is such a credit to the premiere inn brand. Will be recommending this hotel as a stay or even for just a casual evening social event. Well done all.

The room was freezing, so I got a heater from reception luckily. The shower was intermittent. It could do with updating. The hotel on the second floor smells musty. It smells like there was a leak and the carpets all smell in the hallways and in the room. I spent one night. The breakfast was lovely. The staff on reception and in the dining area were helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel only let's Ubers onto the main road and not to collect from the car park which is ridiculous - and not ideal as a single woman staying at the hotel

Staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly in fact they are probably the best members of staff we have encountered in all the premier inn hotels so far. Food was lovely and the cocktails went down a treat. The room is clean and smelt fresh. A huge thankyou and well done Tia , Charmaine and Lorna your customer service skills are spot on .

Recently stayed before an exam and I was a little unsure of what to expect as previously I had always stayed in the Aloft Marriot hotel.. I was so impressed! The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was second to none. The lady who arrived us in and later served in the restaurant is a great asset to the hotel. The room was amazingly clean and spacious, I regret not staying here for my previous study trips!

I come and stay here for Aston Villa games (I am a Villa fan) when they are playing at home on anyway night because I can’t get back home on the night. It’s very convenient for Villa home games, as the hotel is very close to Villa Park Stadium. It’s easy walking distance which is about 25 minute walk to the Stadium. If your a football fan and looking for somewhere to stay the night, I’d recommend you stay here. The hotel itself is very standard, the rooms are good, the food is probably the best and depending what month you go, it is reasonably priced. The restaurant for dinner was probably the least best due to the lack of staff on as there was 2 members of staff on duty and I was waiting for my Mixed Grill for about 40 minutes. There is no issue with breakfast, as it is a self service.

Good quality chain hotel. Comfy, clean and pleasant. Didn't use the restaurant so can't really comment on that. The room had everything that we needed and was clean. Only issues for me personally are that the lift is a bit slow (not really a big issue but a bit annoying after a long day) and I think this is the first time I've ever had to pay for parking for a Premier Inn. This might be due to the proximity of the city centre but seems to be security based and my car was still there in the morning so I can't really complain.

It's a Premier Inn and the rooms are pretty much standard! Nice clean room and bathroom. Shower is weak and water conserving but does the job. Mattress was firm which I like but may not be for others. There are charging USB slots on either side of the headboard, a useful feature. It is fairly central in location. There's a car park of decent size and I didn't find it difficult to find a spot in 2 days - £6 for 24hrs. The rooms have individual AC units, should be a godsend during summer.

The rooms are nice and looks clean. The restaurant slow a bit and they forgot the fried eggs what we ordered. The food is tipical but good quality. They charging £6/day for parking. Easy to find the location but noisy a bit if you on the ground floor facing to the car park.
