Dogs absolutely love this place lots of space for them to run around. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly and always put the dogs needs first highly recommended!!
Jacqui and her mum care for our doggies really well. We have used Woofles for a couple of years now, and experienced no issues. We wouldn’t leave our beautiful boys anywhere else when we go on holiday.
Our Sheltie has stayed at Woofles many times over the last five years, and we would never leave him anywhere else. He is always happy to see Jacqui, who always takes the time to talk about his needs and how he has been during his stay. He can be quite anxious around other dogs and the calm, quiet atmosphere of Woofles is perfect for him.
Woofles is a splendid hotel, my two Cocker spaniels are happy to spend time in the beautifully appointed facility. They enjoy their play times in the secure field, having plenty of space to run around and explore. One of my Spaniels is very nervous, with the time and patience given to her on her first visit she settled and now loves going.
Not enough staff to meet the needs of the dogs. Only 1 person running the place (used to be 2, mum and daughter, before mum had an accident now only daughter running the whole thing, no kennel assistants or anything). This has resulted in standards falling below acceptable. Have used a couple of times, first time not too bad but when I picked my dog up last time he smelt strongly of urine and was very dirty (evident he'dbeen left like that all week). All the owner could do was moan that he'd urinated in his kennel (probably because he'd not been walked!) and that she didn't enough time to deal with that as she's on her own now mums had her accident. She kept going on about how she was on her own and also caring for her mum after her accident and I could tell she was stressed but if she's that stretched that she cant look after dogs properly she really needs to employ a kennel assistant! I would never send my boy there again, it was evident he'd been neglected which goes with what the owner had told me (about not having enough time after mums accident). I now use a different kennel and am so pleased with the service. Always greeted warmly and they really know how to care for dogs. My boy smelt gorgeous when I picked him up, and they took the time to give a proper handover about how he'd been. Also, lots of assistants on hand to care for the dogs properly, not a 'one woman band' who makes you feel like you're putting her out by using their services! The new kennel is not much difference in price either so if they can do it properly why can't Woofles hotel? If you want peace of mind your beloved pet will be well cared for then please look elsewhere. To give it 1 star is too much!
Such lovely kennels. My dogs have been going to Jackie for many years the kennels are clean the ladies are true animal lovers. The dogs have 2 huge paddocks to play in and a huge play room full of toys. I would highly recommend woofles hotel to anyone who adores their animals like i do.
I would highly recommend this kennels, the service has been outstanding, they have assisted when my plans had to be changed without any issues. My dogs have been very happy there and well looked after. Thank you so much
The only place we would put our precious boy and girl, purpose built doggy hotel with excellent facilities. Large indoor play area as well as securely fenced outdoor areas. Calming music player into the individual dog bedrooms and Jackie and Margaret are absolutely lovely. Updates about our dogs via text etc throughout their stay, they go above and beyond to ensure their comfort. Highly recommended.
Woofles Hotel provides the best experience for doggy guests. The personal care offered by Jacqui and Margaret, the time and attention given to guests and the clean and comfortable accommodation truly deserve a 5star rating. Having tried many boarding kennels in the past, I can say with confidence that Woofles is in a class of its own. Our three canine pets love their stays at Woofles and return home happy, healthy and full of life. The downside of the high quality Woofles experience is that it's getting pretty popular, but deservedly so.
