“Stayed here for 2 nights in our 7m Motorhome on a grass pitch (no EHU). Really good value for a fabulous site - lots of space and everything you need plus superb location - a leisurely cycle into Beverley town centre.”

“We stayed here after playing a gig in the town and were both highly impressed with the hospitality and hosting. The owner is such a lovely woman and accommodated us brilliantly, letting me use their office desk to do some work in the morning whilst my pal did his morning routine in the room. Breakfast was delicious and huge! Everything we required dietary wise was catered for and nothing was too much. The room was spot on and very comfortable. Highly highly recommended”

“Viewed 2 property's with Ellie today. She was went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about the properties and able to answer every question we had as first time buyers and the process. Was full of excellent advice and tips to help us with what to look for and had some great suggestions on suitable properties and even found another one for us to look at and fit us in straight after to veiw today Fantastic Ellie Thankyou so much!”

“As I use hotels every Monday to Friday, throughout the year, the service and rooms are impeccable, the facilities are exceptional, I am staying in room 1, and the stafff are polite and always willing to help and assist if you should need anything. “I have used other kennels in the past but Leconfield are by far the best. My dogs have been coming here for many years now and the care they receive is outstanding. I can tell that everyone who is a part of Leconfield Kennels. are all genuine animal lovers. I have no worries when I leave my little elderly dog, as she trots off with no hesitation. I have also used the grooming parlour and my dog looked lovely after her groom. The lady took really great care of her and did a beautiful job. Thank you to all the team for your care and hard work”

“I have used cedar farm a few times to board my small animals whilst away on holiday. The care they have always recieved from there has been great. On this last visit my rabbit needed a trip to the vets and medication to be given following the appointment. They kept me informed and updated on how he was doing and I was exceptionally greatful that they took him to the vets. The fact they have done this shows they truly care about the animals in their care. I am very grateful for the care and treatment that he received and will definitely use again in the future. “Lovely guest house with very friendly hosts. We stayed in the triple room on the top floor, with a small window and a straight view of the sea. The bed was quite soft. The room was quite warm so we slept with the window open, and the street was very quiet, we could even hear the sea. The shower room was new and the water was immediately hot. The hosts served a full English breakfast, plus cereal: I had the vegetarian option. Completely dog friendly. Great location, right on the seafront.”

“From the moment we arrived at Elm Tree Farm B&B, we were struck by the beauty and tranquillity of the location – set well away from the main road and surrounded by rolling countryside, it was the perfect place to unwind. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a bed so comfortable it felt like pure luxury. I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a very long time – something I wasn’t expecting but will definitely remember! Breakfast was equally impressive: a proper, hearty full English cooked to perfection, with fresh fruit juice, cereals for those who prefer a lighter option, and excellent coffee. My wife said her pot of tea was just right – hot, strong, and flavourful, exactly how it should be. Gina, the owner, is an absolute delight – friendly, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about running a great B&B. She’s created something really special here. One of the highlights was discovering the private guest garden – a quiet, secluded spot that felt like stepping into Narnia. Peaceful, full of charm, and the perfect place to sit and soak it all in. All in all, Elm Tree Farm is a real gem. We felt truly cared for, relaxed, and recharged. We will definitely be back.”

“Took our cockapoo Kara for her first time in kennels for a week. She absolutely loved it which was very evident in the daily photos that the staff uploaded to their website. Would definitely recommend booking early.”

“We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges, let me be clear the hot tub is perfect the lodge is so close to being perfect the bed is not made for 2 people we struggled to fit on the bed, we are the biggest people but it was barley a small double. If you ignore the bed its beutiful the location is great the hot tub is sublime the Caffè on site and staff are wonderful, takeouts in the local area do know where you are thankfully. Maybe one more imporvment a sign outside the campsite just a little roadside one maybe my first day i couldnt find you so easily.”

“Recently exited a house I had used for about 8 years. I'd let the garden go a bit, so agreed with them a course of action to remediate before I left. My deposit was returned without issues. I will say that staff are always friendly and reasonable to deal with - I'd use them again should the need arise. I mostly dealt with Rachel at the Hessle office who was always friendly and helpful.”

Claire and Hannah, the amazing individuals behind the scenes, consistently go out of their way to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both couples and photographers. “Visited here on two separate occasions in two different lodges Spa Evoque and Panoramic. A slight hitch with the first stay meant we returned to see if the Raywell team could redeem themselves and they did this no problem. Big shout out to Danielle Bailey and our hot tub king Carl who made our stay all the better. The hot tub is roasting possibly because on both occasions our weather was fab and we are from Newcastle so used to cold. We managed to catch Carl while he was checking the hot tub and he managed to turn the temperature down two degrees making it absolutely perfect. Great views, comfortable warm lodges. Great spot as a base for exploring the local area. Lovely bistro in case you can't be chewed to self cater. Thanks Raywell team for a fab time on both occasions”

“We recently bought our first caravan in quite a few years. We were looking for a park that was not too commercialised but had all the essential facilities that we needed. From a simple enquiry we were helped and advised by Andrew to find the right caravan within our budget. The process of choosing our caravan and taking ownership was very smooth and stress free. We were kept informed throughout. They put brand new beds in the small bedroom for us as there was just one bed in there. There is a very good bar and entertainment club with very good acts on. There is a shop on site that is well stocked and also an amazing coffee shop that serves home made food. The park is very well maintained and you can tell people take pride in the their holiday home.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at Highfield Hotel, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in England. As a guest, I was warmly welcomed and treated with genuine care and respect throughout my stay. A special thanks to Lindsey and the rest of the staff, who were absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, elegant, and well maintained, offering excellent comfort and value for money. The traditional British charm of the hotel made the stay even more special, creating a homely and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. “Sheryl and Graham made us very welcome. The breakfasts were wonderful. My husband enjoyed the full English and I enjoyed the choice of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and a small cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed, sparkling clean en-suite. In fact it was so nice, words are inadequate.”

“We stayed a night after picking up a camper van. (Hence no stars for rooms - it's not applicable). The facilities are great - spacious shower cubicles and nice hot water! The site has good space between pitches and they have a black chicken who guards reception and 3 turkeys who are free ranging across the site. There are moorhens around the pond and the site is in a country location. The warden was really helpful. He lent us a kettle as we had no gas and was great, with advice and offers of help. A BIG thank you to him. Also we chatted with another staff member who was really nice and very friendly. Take aways can be delivered (we needed one as we had no gas!) - we had Indian but I believe there was also Chinese and Kebabs available. We enjoyed our meal & ate in the bar where there is TV. Shame we were only there for the night”

“We have just come back after a lovely stay at this beautiful lodge site, the lodge was very spacious and clean and it had all the things that we needed. The welcome pack and bottles of Prosecco and also the dog treats were a lovely gesture. The hot tub was fantastic which we used plenty of times, the location was brilliant with a lot of ideal walks near to it especially for my partners puppy who needed it. My mum and dad are stopping here at the end of September and we have definitely recommended it to them as we had the best time.”
